REFUND POLICY

EGC Design provides digital services that require time, planning, and technical work. Because of the nature of these services, refunds are handled according to the following policy.
1. Project Deposits
If a deposit is required to begin a project, the deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
Deposits reserve project time and begin planning and setup work.
2. Completed Work
Once a service or project milestone has been completed and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
This includes services such as:
Website design
Website configuration
Digital setup services
Consultation or strategy sessions
3. Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered depending on the circumstances.
If work has already begun, charges will apply for time already spent on the project.
4. Maintenance and Support
Monthly maintenance or support services can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for maintenance time that has already been provided.
5. Digital Nature of Services
Because services involve custom digital work and consulting time, refunds cannot be guaranteed once services have started.
